This role requires a dedicated 3D CAD Application Support Engineer to ensure the continuous and stable operation of the critical CAD and PDM system landscape within an engineering and power plant construction environment. Day-to-day responsibilities involve providing expert user support, managing operational tasks from gathering requirements to implementing solutions within the CAD systems, and handling software release changes. A core component of the job is the technical support and maintenance of specialized engineering software, particularly the AVEVA Toolsuite (including E3D, Engineering, and Diagrams). Candidates should possess a relevant degree or specialized professional training of at least three years, coupled with a minimum of three years of practical professional experience. Expertise in the AVEVA Toolsuite is essential, and initial experience with electrical design systems like EPLAN is highly valued.
