A core responsibility involves conducting audits related to the Renewable Energy Sources Act (EEG) and the Combined Heat and Power Generation Act (KWKG) for utility providers and energy-intensive companies. The professional will also be tasked with developing complex expert opinions on accounting and valuation issues, considering regulatory developments like the Energy Industry Law and Incentive Regulation Ordinance, and providing advisory services to clients on implementation. Candidates must possess a degree in economics or business with a focus on auditing, have successfully passed the CPA examination, and bring several years of auditing experience, ideally with exposure to the public sector, coupled with proven leadership abilities.
