This role involves the independent management and continuous development of the Microsoft 365 platform, focusing primarily on core services like Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Planner, and Bookings. The IT Application Manager will act as a key consultant, advising departments on the optimal use of M365 services and digital processes. Daily tasks include analyzing and resolving complex support requests, coordinating with 2nd and 3rd-level support teams, and creating comprehensive technical documentation and training materials. A strong background in M365 administration and support, coupled with excellent German and good English skills, is essential for success in this role, which also involves participation in change management, feature rollouts, and ensuring compliance with security and governance policies within an international context. Required Skills

Education

Completed vocational training or university degree in the IT field, or comparable qualification

Experience

  • Professional experience with Microsoft 365, especially Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Exchange Online
  • Experience in IT support, ideally using ticket systems (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira)

Languages
