Job Summary

This role involves supporting all accounting processes for a non-profit organization focused on child and youth welfare. The Accounting Clerk will work closely with the team to ensure the smooth operation of all accounting activities. Key daily tasks include cash processing and auditing, invoice generation, filing, master data entry and maintenance, and checking incoming invoices via the document management system ELO. The position also requires providing assistance for monthly and annual financial statements. The ideal candidate must have a completed professional training in office management, tax specialization, or finance accounting, coupled with relevant professional experience. Strong proficiency in MS Office applications and an affinity for utilizing new software are essential, with knowledge of DATEV and experience with digital accounting processes and document management systems (like ELO) being highly desirable. This is an attractive opportunity for a detail-oriented individual who enjoys working with numbers and people, offering the flexibility of up to two days of remote work per week.

Education

Completed vocational training as an Office Management Clerk, Tax Specialist, Financial Accountant, or comparable qualification.

Experience
