Job Summary

This role involves joining the financial accounting team at Kömpf, a long-standing family business in the construction and living sector, located in their new headquarters in Calw. The Specialist Financial Accountant will be responsible for the daily processing of all business transactions, account reconciliation, and managing both accounts payable and accounts receivable. A key part of the role is ensuring compliance with statutory regulations (HGB) and internal guidelines, monitoring payment flows, and actively supporting the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
