Job Summary
This role seeks an organized and analytically minded Administrative Specialist to act as an internal consultant, advising management on general business administration matters and actively contributing to organizational development within a social services provider (elderly and youth care). Day-to-day responsibilities involve handling and coordinating applications, contracts, and proofs of use to secure refinancing structures. A significant part of the role includes preparing business data and decision templates, particularly interfacing with Controlling for tasks like budget review. Furthermore, the specialist manages external housing rentals for employees (including contract drafting) and handles organizational and coordinating tasks related to occupational safety and medicine, acting as a liaison with management. The ideal candidate possesses completed commercial training or a relevant Bachelor's degree, strong MS Office skills, and proven consulting competence.
