Job Summary

This Technical Assistant role is crucial for the Bioprocess Development Team, focusing on innovative cell culture processes for cultivated fish production. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing, executing, and supporting cell culture experiments and routine cultures, as well as operating and maintaining bioprocess equipment such as bioreactors (1–50 L), shake flasks, and spinner bottles. The assistant will also conduct sampling, perform analytical measurements according to SOPs, and maintain detailed documentation using an electronic lab journal. Key qualifications include a background as a Biological-Technical Assistant or equivalent, practical experience with bioreactors and suspension-based cell culture, and strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
