This role requires an experienced Construction Manager to take full responsibility for planning, executing, and monitoring complex civil engineering and demolition projects. The manager is also responsible for meticulous budget oversight, resource planning, and detailed project documentation and reporting. Ideal candidates must hold a degree in Civil Engineering or a comparable technical qualification, possess several years of relevant professional experience, particularly in civil engineering and demolition management, and demonstrate strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
