Job Summary
This role seeks a dedicated Chemical Production Specialist for immediate placement in the Stuttgart region, offering the strong possibility of permanent employment. The core responsibilities involve the operation, setup, and maintenance of specialized mixing systems and production machinery used in the development and manufacturing of chemical products. Day-to-day tasks include preparing plant components, accurately handling materials based on their mechanical and chemical properties, monitoring and documenting production processes, and performing final product quality control, including sample collection. Candidates must possess a completed vocational qualification in chemistry or a comparable field, coupled with practical knowledge of laboratory processes, quality control, and strict safety regulations. The position requires willingness to work in a mandatory 2-shift system (early and late shifts) and offers a competitive hourly wage of €20.00 plus shift allowances and benefits.

Experience
- Professional experience operating production plants, machines, and technical devices in the chemical sector

- Experience handling chemical substances, including powdered or liquid forms
