Job Summary

This role, based in the Berlin area within the pharmaceutical sector, seeks a Chemical Laboratory Technician to specialize in Batch Record Review. The primary responsibilities involve preparing batches for final release by meticulously reviewing batch documentation for completeness and compliance with manufacturing, testing, and standard operating procedures (SOPs). The technician will manage the transfer of identified deviations into the deviation system, initiate document revisions, and handle the creation, filing, and archiving of batch and analysis certificates. Success requires a completed education as a Chemical Laboratory Technician or equivalent natural science training, coupled with professional experience in the pharmaceutical industry. Crucially, candidates must possess excellent knowledge of current GMP regulations, especially concerning documentation and aseptic processes. Strong coordination, systematic work habits, and fluency in both German and English are essential for effective cross-functional communication in this structured, 37.5-hour per week position.
