Job Summary

This role seeks a proactive Facility Manager specializing in Building Services to oversee complex properties in Frankfurt am Main. Day-to-day tasks involve rigorous quality assurance, controlling budgets, monitoring costs, managing existing contracts, and maintaining strong communication with clients and public authorities. Candidates must possess a relevant technical or engineering degree, such as Facility Management, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or Business Administration with a technical focus, or hold a Technician/Master certification in fields like HVAC or electrical systems.
