The successful candidate will be responsible for leading technical and infrastructural teams, managing deployment schedules, and ensuring the smooth operation and economic viability of their assigned objects. Day-to-day tasks involve rigorous quality assurance, controlling budgets, monitoring costs, managing existing contracts, and maintaining strong communication with clients and public authorities. Candidates must possess a relevant technical or engineering degree, such as Facility Management, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or Business Administration with a technical focus, or hold a Technician/Master certification in fields like HVAC or electrical systems. This position requires several years of practical experience, strong organizational talent, and proficiency in standard MS Office applications, offering a permanent contract, attractive compensation, a company car (including private use), and individual training within a large, stable organization.

Required Skills
