Job Summary

This role involves providing essential field service for Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS), BSV (Battery Storage Systems), and general energy storage systems across the Leipzig, Halle, and Dresden regions. The Service Technician will be responsible for the installation, commissioning, maintenance, and repair of these critical systems, ensuring optimal functionality and customer satisfaction. Day-to-day tasks include troubleshooting, battery and spare part replacement, providing technical instruction to customers, and managing administrative service tasks. The ideal candidate must have a completed electrical apprenticeship, experience in customer service field work, and knowledge of emergency power supply/UPS and battery technology.
