Job Summary

This role seeks a motivated Environmental Management Specialist to drive environmental compliance and performance improvement within projects for Airbus Operations. Day-to-day responsibilities include planning, executing, and following up on internal audits, as well as supporting external audits. You will be responsible for identifying and evaluating environmental aspects and impacts, developing measures for continuous improvement, and ensuring strict adherence to relevant environmental laws and regulations. The specialist will also create comprehensive reports and documentation, conduct employee training on environmental topics, and serve as the primary contact for internal departments and external stakeholders regarding environmental matters. Key requirements include a relevant university degree (e.g., Engineering or Environmental Technology), mandatory qualification as an Environmental Management Representative (EMR) or Auditor, and multi-year professional experience applying ISO 14001 in an operational setting. This position offers an indefinite contract, above-tariff compensation, and the opportunity to work flexibly within a leading aerospace organization.
