Job Summary

This critical role involves the comprehensive planning and leadership of development, connection, relocation, and replacement projects within medium and low voltage networks. The Network Project Planner will manage projects across all service phases defined by HOAI, including initial groundwork, design, permitting, execution planning, tendering, and cost estimation. Responsibilities also encompass meticulous budget planning and monitoring, generating performance specifications and construction schedules, and ensuring successful project closure, including invoicing and investment allocation. Furthermore, the planner advises construction and development agencies on strategic network expansion concepts. Candidates must hold a completed university degree (Bachelor/FH Diploma) in Electrical or Network Engineering or an equivalent qualification. Desirable assets include professional experience in power grid operations, strong technical project management skills, and familiarity with regulatory frameworks concerning e-mobility, sector coupling, and grid feeders.
