Job Summary

This role involves performing critical, GMP-compliant visual inspection and documentation of pharmaceutical intermediate products at a renowned pharmaceutical company in Biberach. Day-to-day responsibilities include strictly following Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), mastering specific inspection techniques, identifying defects using established reference samples, and accurately sorting samples into appropriate containers. Operators will also be responsible for operating machinery used for machine-assisted visual inspection. Successful candidates must demonstrate a strong focus and concentration over extended periods, possess basic pharmaceutical and technical understanding, and adhere strictly to GMP and hygiene standards (including restrictions on jewelry and makeup). Career changers are explicitly welcomed. The position requires fluency in written and spoken German and mandatory flexibility for shift work (early, late, and potential weekend assignments).
