Job Summary

This role involves the full scope of pharmaceutical production, focusing specifically on manufacturing homeopathic dilutions and formulations. The specialist will be responsible for controlling, steering, and securing the quality of manufacturing processes, including assisting with overall quality control and assurance efforts. A key part of the job also includes the professional packaging and assembly of finished medicines. Candidates must possess formal training as a Pharmaceutical Production Specialist or Pharmaceutical Technical Assistant (PTA) and demonstrate good to very good knowledge of GMP standards and Microsoft Office applications. Success in this permanent, full-time position requires a high degree of flexibility, resilience, strong teamwork, communication skills, and the ability to work independently. This is a varied and responsible position within an established, owner-managed company group, contributing to the production of medicines for German and international markets.
