Job Summary

This role seeks an experienced and technically proficient electrical specialist to serve as the in-house Responsible Electrical Specialist (Verantwortliche Elektrofachkraft) for a corporate group while simultaneously helping establish a new business unit within a startup framework. Key responsibilities include overseeing the company's electrical organization, ensuring compliance with safety regulations (BetrSichV, TRBS, DGUV V3/V4), and performing mandatory inspections and maintenance on all electrical operating equipment, both stationary and mobile. A significant part of the role involves conducting safety inspections on photovoltaic (PV) systems according to DIN VDE 0100-712 standards and integrating electrical testing into the quality management system. The ideal candidate must possess a completed electrical technical qualification, be certified as a 'competent person' for DGUV V3/V4 testing, and have multi-year practical experience as an electrical specialist. Strong communication skills, a structured work approach, and willingness to travel occasionally are essential for success in this varied and responsible position.
