Job Summary

This role requires a dedicated and experienced professional to serve as the Head of Building Services, leading a four-person technical team. The core responsibilities involve optimizing technical processes and structures to ensure the seamless operation of all building services within the facility. You will oversee comprehensive technical property care, guaranteeing that all technical equipment, machinery, and systems are functional and comply with current safety regulations. Key tasks include coordinating and executing planned maintenance and repair work for systems like heating, sanitary, and ventilation. Furthermore, the role involves active participation in technical project planning and implementation, and advising executive management on strategic technical development. The ideal candidate holds a vocational qualification, preferably a Master Craftsman or Technician degree in Energy and Building Technology, possesses strong organizational skills, and ideally brings prior leadership experience. Note that participation in a rotating 24-hour on-call and winter service is required.
