Job Summary

This role seeks a passionate Site Manager specializing in Electrical Engineering to support clients across building technology, commercial, and industrial facilities in the Bremen region. Day-to-day responsibilities include leading installation deployment planning, managing and guiding teams (including colleagues, apprentices, and external staff) on various construction sites. A critical part of the job involves ensuring installation quality through rigorous control, maintaining strict adherence to occupational safety standards, and handling financial documentation, including creating measurements for billing and managing supplementary claims (change orders). The ideal candidate must possess successfully completed vocational training as an Electrician and demonstrated professional experience in managing electrical construction projects. Strong organizational skills, assertiveness, and expertise in VDE standards and project management are essential.
