Job Summary

This role seeks an experienced Electrical Engineering professional to take on the leadership and organization of complex construction sites. Day-to-day responsibilities include independently managing site operations, coordinating the assembly team, and ensuring high standards for quality, adherence to schedules, and workplace safety. The Site Manager will maintain close communication with project managers, planners, and clients to ensure optimal project implementation, document construction progress through detailed reports, and provide technical support during the commissioning and troubleshooting of electrical systems. Key qualifications include a completed technical education in electrical engineering, ideally supplemented by a Master Craftsman or Technician certification, coupled with several years of experience in the installation of electrical systems and proven leadership competence.
