Job Summary

This role is ideal for a service-oriented IT generalist who will act as the first point of contact for users experiencing IT-related issues. Day-to-day responsibilities include analyzing, classifying, and resolving problems within the scope of First-Level Support, such as password resets and printer issues. Complex inquiries that cannot be resolved immediately must be documented and escalated efficiently to Second-Level Support. A key function is maintaining clear and traceable documentation of all requests and solutions in the ticketing system, ensuring the knowledge base is continuously updated. The ideal candidate possesses a completed IT education or initial professional experience in IT support, coupled with a strong foundational understanding of Microsoft operating systems, Microsoft 365, networking, hardware, and common software applications. This position requires excellent communication skills in German to clearly convey complex technical matters and a strong commitment to reliability and teamwork.
