Job Summary

This full-time, permanent role as a Chemical Laboratory Technician is based in Vienna, focusing on quality control within the animal pharmaceutical sector, strictly adhering to GMP standards. The core responsibilities involve analytical and physical testing of incoming goods using advanced techniques such as HPLC/UPLC, GC, Titration, and IR spectroscopy. A significant part of the job includes meticulous execution and control of GMP documentation, supporting the creation of deviations, CAPAs, and validations, and assisting in preparations for audits and inspections. You will also be involved in continuous improvement projects, method validation, and training new employees. Candidates must possess a chemical-technical or natural science background (e.g., Apprenticeship, Technical College, or University degree). Experience in the pharmaceutical industry, strong GMP knowledge, and familiarity with pharmacopoeias (USP/Ph.Eur.) are highly advantageous. The position requires a precise, self-reliant, and solution-oriented personality, offering an interesting and varied workload in an international, dynamic team environment.
