Job Summary

This role focuses on the technical integration of medical devices, telematics infrastructure, and various hardware and software components into the company's cloud-based practice software. Day-to-day tasks involve deep diving into complex interfaces and ensuring seamless data flow, often while colleagues handle customer-facing aspects like training and configuration. When not engaged in project work, the specialist provides critical 2nd level support to existing clients regarding data stream issues. The ideal candidate holds a qualification as an IT Specialist for System Integration or equivalent, possesses experience in IT project implementation with customer contact, and has an affinity for cloud technologies and medical technology. Knowledge of standards like GDT, DICOM, HL7, or REST is highly beneficial.
