This ambitious role focuses on leading and coordinating complex construction projects centered on electrical building services equipment (TGA) across the North Rhine-Westphalia region. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing planning services, ensuring quality, controlling costs, and meeting deadlines through regular coordination between the client and all planning stakeholders. A key component of the role is contributing to the realization of sustainable buildings and actively participating in the establishment and development of a new MB Group location within NRW (Bochum, Dortmund, Essen, Cologne, or Düsseldorf). Candidates must possess a degree in Electrical Engineering or a related technical field (or an equivalent qualification like Master Craftsman or Technician) and relevant professional experience.
