Job Summary

This long-term opportunity, based in Hamburg, seeks a dedicated IT Rollout Technician to support a prominent IT client. The primary responsibilities include the hands-on implementation and installation of new hardware components, as well as the complete setup and dismantling of IT workstations, primarily operating within a Windows environment. A key function of this role is providing direct end-user support, both over the phone and on-site, which involves instructing users on new systems and troubleshooting issues. Candidates must possess foundational knowledge of both hardware and software systems and demonstrable experience executing IT rollouts and installations. Success requires technical understanding and a proactive approach to prioritizing, classifying, and documenting system disruptions efficiently using a ticketing system.
