Job Summary

This role involves supervising and leading projects focused on technical building equipment (TGA). The successful candidate will be responsible for commissioning Measurement, Control, and Regulation (MCR) systems, including functional testing and initial startup of MCR control cabinets. Key day-to-day activities include coordinating, instructing, and monitoring subcontractors regarding electrical installations, leading TGA projects, and ensuring strict adherence to schedules, costs, and quality standards. Furthermore, the supervisor participates in site meetings, prepares quantity surveys, manages change requests, and handles final acceptance and handover to the client. The position requires a completed qualification as an Electrical Engineering Technician or Master Electrician, along with proven experience in project management and handling, and proficiency in common tendering and planning software.
