Job Summary

This permanent, full-time position seeks a skilled Electrical Foreman/Supervisor to join an established, reliable company, supporting client projects across Germany. The core responsibilities involve both technical execution and personnel management. Day-to-day tasks include leading and scheduling staff deployments, acting as the primary contact for clients and colleagues on-site, and actively monitoring ongoing electrical projects. Technically, the role requires performing comprehensive maintenance, inspections, and repairs on electrical systems, installing new electronic infrastructure, and efficiently identifying and resolving faults. A critical component is conducting required tests on both fixed and portable electrical systems in accordance with DGUV regulations. Successful candidates must possess a completed vocational qualification in an electrical trade, hold the Master Craftsman title (Meister) or equivalent, and possess specific switching and DGUV testing authorizations.
