This critical role involves the independent development and optimization of modern control concepts for a comprehensive portfolio of high-performance power supply systems within an internationally leading specialist company. Day-to-day tasks include designing new control concepts based on current research, continuously optimizing existing systems, and ensuring quality requirements across all system interfaces. The engineer will be involved from analytical design and simulations (utilizing tools like Matlab/Simulink) through to practical implementation, system commissioning, and the development/execution of rigorous testing procedures.
