Job Summary

This role seeks an ambitious IT Support Specialist focused on elevating technology within network and system operations. The daily responsibilities include the independent handling of incidents for deployed end devices (such as Garderos and INSYS), working closely with local service teams and system operations. You will provide remote support for commissioning and decommissioning activities under Change Management protocols, and actively monitor systems using tools like PRTG. Furthermore, you will be responsible for documenting technical processes and assisting with data migrations. The ideal candidate must have completed training as an IT Specialist or possess a comparable qualification, coupled with practical experience managing network components and industrial end devices (routers, gateways).
