Job Summary
This crucial role involves managing the end-to-end supply chain planning and procurement process, focusing on components, likely within the specialized watchmaking sector. The specialist will analyze customer orders, verify feasibility based on component availability and production capacity, and convert these needs into material requirements using MRP/ERP systems. A core responsibility is managing the supplier lifecycle, including calculating net needs, issuing purchase orders based on planning parameters (MOQ, lead times), tracking confirmations, and conducting negotiations with both Swiss and international vendors to optimize liquidity and ensure timely delivery. Furthermore, you will be responsible for maintaining ERP master data, including Bills of Materials (BOMs), routings, and stock levels, and collaborating closely with R&D, Production, and Quality teams.
