Job Summary

This role involves developing and implementing customized control software and visualization solutions for PLC, SCADA, and process control systems within the mechanical engineering, plant construction, and process industries. Day-to-day responsibilities include creating individual solutions according to customer specifications, generating comprehensive functional and performance descriptions in both German and English for project documentation, supporting clients in analyzing and resolving system faults, and producing operating instructions. The ideal candidate must possess a completed degree in Electrical or Automation Engineering (or equivalent technician qualification) and several years of experience in designing and programming automation systems, specifically utilizing Siemens Simatic S7 and TIA Portal. This position offers diverse projects with renowned industrial companies, opportunities for professional development, and a permanent contract, but requires conceptual thinking, strong communication skills, and a willingness to travel regularly (approx. 30%) for on-site commissioning.
