Job Summary

This position seeks a highly motivated Chemical Operator to manage and monitor critical production processes within a continuous shift system under an unlimited contract. Daily responsibilities include the hands-on operation of chemical reactors, encompassing filling, driving, and continuous monitoring throughout the production cycle. The operator is also tasked with sampling ongoing production, accurately filling finished batches, and maintaining constant plant control, including performing minor repair work. A core requirement is adherence to strict cleanliness standards (KAIZEN) and meticulous production documentation. The ideal candidate must possess a completed apprenticeship as a Chemical Operator, demonstrate high diligence, reliability, and a strong commitment to safety, environmental, and quality standards, along with a willingness to participate in ongoing operational training.
