Job Summary

This role seeks a motivated IT Specialist and PC Repair Technician to join a team on a permanent, full-time basis, focusing on maintaining and repairing computer systems. The core responsibilities involve the hands-on testing, repair, and maintenance of personal computers, including the installation and configuration of PC hardware. Daily tasks require running comprehensive test cycles using specialized diagnostic programs and meticulously documenting all work steps and results. Furthermore, the specialist will be responsible for the administration of the d3 Document Management System. Ideal candidates must possess a relevant vocational qualification, such as an IT Technician or IT System Electronics Technician degree, coupled with practical professional or deep hobbyist experience in PC repair. Experience utilizing diagnostic and testing software is required, and soldering skills are considered desirable.
