Job Summary

This role seeks a motivated technician to support prototype construction, special manufacturing, and failure analysis within a dynamic environment. Day-to-day responsibilities include performing highly detailed soldering and assembly work on sensor elements to create subassemblies and components. You will be responsible for creating technical documentation, including Bills of Materials (BOMs) and type specification sheets, and collaborating closely with production planning to address technical inquiries. A core function involves conducting product-related testing, component inspection, and supporting in-house prototype builds. Furthermore, the role requires active participation in failure analysis, optimizing products and processes, and contributing to development project groups in accordance with quality standards like IATF 16949 and ISO 9100. The ideal candidate must possess vocational training in Electrical Engineering/Electronics, demonstrate self-reliance, strong communication skills, and the ability to coordinate technical tasks effectively.
