Job Summary

This role involves performing essential maintenance, inspection, and repair tasks on electrical systems and building technical facilities, primarily within the industrial sector. Daily duties include analyzing and resolving malfunctions in building systems, ensuring the operational status of equipment through regular control rounds, and accurately documenting defects for reporting to clients. A successful candidate must possess a completed vocational qualification as an Electrician, Electrical Technician, or Electrical Installer, coupled with professional experience in electrical installation and maintenance, ideally within Technical Facility Management. Key technical competencies include safely reading electrical schematics, proficiency in using testing devices, and general MS Office skills. This position offers the security of an unlimited contract and the opportunity to take on significant responsibility in a varied and dynamic work environment, requiring flexibility and a willingness to be on call.
