Job Summary
This role is for a dynamic Supply Chain Planning Consultant eager to shape the future of global supply chains within Deloitte's international team. You will leverage deep functional and conceptual knowledge—spanning Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP), Demand Forecasting, and Production Scheduling—to drive innovative, tech-enabled solutions for multinational clients across diverse industries like Life Sciences and Consumer Business. Key responsibilities include guiding clients through Advanced Planning System (APS) assessments and implementations, advising on capacity planning, and supporting robust process development. The ideal candidate holds a Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management or a related field, possesses experience in Integrated Business Planning and Inventory Optimization, and is fluent in English. Required Skills
Education
Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Production Engineering, or a related field. Certifications like APICS or other Supply Chain/Operations credentials are a plus.
Experience
- Professional experience in Supply Chain Planning disciplines such as Integrated Business Planning, Inventory Optimisation, Network Design, and Production Scheduling.
- Knowledgeable about Materials Management, Product Launch Planning, and cut-over management.
- Prior exposure to Advanced Planning Systems (APS), either as an end-user, implementation consultant, or product specialist (asset).

- Must be comfortable working in an international environment, including necessary travel abroad. Must be eligible to work 80-100% (Zurich/Basel location).
