Job Summary

This full-time, permanent role as a Project Manager / Estimator in Electrical Engineering, based in Rostock, requires a professional who excels in leadership and customer engagement. The core responsibilities involve managing the entire project lifecycle, from initial customer consultation and detailed technical planning to quotation submission and securing the order. Day-to-day tasks include implementing technical specifications (like wiring diagrams), calculating material quantities and HVAC requirements, and managing the integration and control of subcontractors. The successful candidate will be responsible for final documentation, commissioning, instruction, and project handover. A key requirement is a background in electrical engineering (e.g., Master Electrician or Technician qualification) coupled with fundamental knowledge of building automation and proven experience in staff leadership and motivation. This position offers an attractive compensation package, a €500 starting bonus, and a strong opportunity for permanent takeover by the client.
