Job Summary
This role seeks a dedicated Field Service Technician or Qualified Electrician to join a specialized team focused on the maintenance and repair of automated warehouse and storage systems. As a mobile representative, you will be responsible for complex troubleshooting, performing routine maintenance, executing safety inspections, and commissioning electronic components on-site for clients across North Rhine-Westphalia, Hessen, Rhineland-Palatinate, Luxembourg, and the Netherlands. The position requires a high degree of independence, a solution-oriented approach, and strong teamwork skills, ensuring customers receive top-tier service where others might fail. Key prerequisites include solid mechanical and electrical knowledge, the ability to work at heights, and a Class B/BE driving license, along with a willingness to travel and stay overnight occasionally. - Professional experience as a Service Technician or Qualified Electrician (Entry-level professionals are considered)
