This role seeks an experienced IT Support Specialist to provide comprehensive 1st and 2nd Level support to IT users across multiple locations. Daily responsibilities include managing and resolving incidents and service requests via ticketing systems, phone, remote access, and on-site visits. The specialist will be responsible for user account management, particularly within Active Directory, handling software distribution, and performing maintenance and troubleshooting on workplace hardware. Furthermore, the position requires active participation in IT projects, such as hardware and software rollouts, and contributing to the creation of technical documentation and user guides.
