Job Summary

This role involves serving as a Partial or Sub-Commissioning Lead for Siemens Energy, focusing on the planning and execution of testing and commissioning for High-Voltage Direct Current (HVDC) transmission systems. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to quality standards, while strictly adhering to legal regulations and safety guidelines. Key responsibilities include leading an international team of commissioning engineers, organizing Functional System Tests and Factory Acceptance Tests, and managing technical clarifications with clients in coordination with project management. Candidates must possess a background in electrical or energy technology, substantial professional experience in commissioning large-scale plants (such as HVDC, power plants, or switchgear), and a willingness to undertake worldwide business travel and long-term assignments on domestic and international construction sites, including potential offshore platforms.
