Job Summary

This role involves supporting Siemens Energy in Mülheim an der Ruhr as a Materials Tester, focusing on performing critical mechanical material testing within the laboratory environment. The core responsibilities include executing mechanical material tests, specifically conducting cyclic fatigue tests (LCF), and meticulously documenting and evaluating the results of these experiments. The ideal candidate must possess a completed qualification as a Materials Tester, preferably with a Technician degree, or hold a degree in Materials Engineering. Practical experience in destructive testing of metallic materials and hands-on proficiency in operating servo-hydraulic testing machines are highly desirable.
