Job Summary

This role requires an expert Test Manager to ensure the quality and performance of highly advanced connected land systems, including Soldier, Command, and Mission Systems. Day-to-day responsibilities involve the technical leadership and coordination of system testers, contributing to the integration of complex systems and test environments, and creating detailed test specifications based on requirements. A critical component of the job is the conception, execution, and documentation of automated tests, alongside supporting system architects and developers in crucial fault analysis and resolution. Candidates must possess a degree in Informatics, Electrical Engineering, or Mechatronics, coupled with several years of professional experience in test development and automation, and practical experience integrating complex distributed systems.
