Job Summary
This role seeks an ECM Consultant to join a team focused on developing, integrating, and implementing Enterprise Content Management (ECM) and ERP IT solutions. The core responsibilities involve analyzing existing customer processes, designing future workflows, and translating these into technical concepts. The consultant will take ownership of the project lifecycle, including implementation, customer support for document management systems, overseeing testing and production rollout, and conducting user training. Ideal candidates possess a completed technical degree or equivalent IT qualification, coupled with solid professional experience, preferably in customer consulting or technical project management. A strong foundation in business administration is essential, along with basic familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and ECM systems. The position offers a flexible, trust-based working model, mobile work options (including home office), and extensive opportunities for professional development and training.
