Job Summary

This full-time, permanent position involves the comprehensive management and support of the RIWA GIS system used within the district administration, working closely with external service providers. The specialist will be responsible for integrating new spatial planning documents and external technical data, including precise georeferencing, and maintaining spatial planning data specific to the building authority (e.g., protected areas, building applications). A core function of the role is supporting digital transformation processes, such as the Geodata Infrastructure (GDI) and digital building application procedures (DiPlan). Furthermore, the role requires configuring interfaces between key administrative systems like Prosoz ProBauG and RIWA GIS. Candidates must possess a completed Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Geoinformatics and comprehensive knowledge of Geographic Information Systems and SQL Server.
