This role involves coordinating ticket management within the IT Service and Support Team at the Munich location to ensure seamless IT operations, primarily within a hospital environment. The specialist will be responsible for 1st and 2nd-Level support for hardware, software, and various applications, handling critical escalations, and supporting users both remotely via a central hotline and on-site. Key tasks include qualifying, documenting, and prioritizing service requests in the ticket system, and developing/implementing IT support processes and policies. The ideal candidate must have a completed IT education or several years of professional experience in IT/Helpdesk support, strong knowledge of client, server, and network technology, and excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
