Job Summary

This critical role involves shaping the future of energy infrastructure by developing overarching concepts and principles for the entire Operational Technology (OT) domain, including grid control, communication, and secondary technology. The engineer will be responsible for ensuring robust OT governance, analyzing and planning the evolution of the overall OT architecture, with a strong focus on meeting increasing IT security demands. Day-to-day tasks include preparing for and supporting necessary audits and certifications, and actively participating in corporate working groups and projects across the E.ON Group. The ideal candidate holds a university degree in Electrical, Automation, Communication, or Network Technology, possesses comprehensive professional experience in the field, and has prior experience with process-oriented IT systems.
