Job Summary

This Consultant role, situated within Corporate Compensation & Mobility at BASF, focuses on managing and developing global regulations for international employee assignments. The core responsibilities include analyzing and updating the compensation system for delegates globally. The successful candidate will collaborate with Global Business Services Mobility and external data providers to identify process improvements, evaluate the use of relevant IT tools, and ensure effective communication and implementation of policy adjustments across various stakeholders. Furthermore, the role involves systematically monitoring compliance with global compensation rules for delegates, handling exception requests, and providing expertise in contract negotiations and project tasks related to mobility and corporate compensation. This position requires deep expertise in international HR, particularly in global mobility compensation, coupled with strong communication and teamwork skills to ensure effective policy execution across the BASF Group.

Required Skills

Education

Master's degree in Economics or a similar field

Experience

  • At least eight years in the international HR environment
  • At least five years in Mobility management
  • Foundational knowledge of compensation for international assignments
  • Routine handling of relevant IT tools
