This dynamic role as a Project Manager involves supporting the operational leadership of a service, IT, and engineering firm by managing critical projects from planning through documentation and coordinating necessary organizational changes. Key daily responsibilities include developing strategic concepts for company advancement, coordinating complex co-determination issues, drafting operational agreements (Betriebsvereinbarungen), and preparing essential documentation for executive decision-making. The role also involves steering the company's overall strategy process and advising executives on various topics, as well as maintaining the company's internet presence. Candidates must possess a completed Master's or Diploma degree in a relevant field, demonstrable experience in project management, and fundamental process knowledge. Success requires strong analytical thinking, sovereign organizational skills, and proficiency with MS Office.
