Electrical Engineer | Elektroingenieur (m/w/d)

Job Summary
This critical role involves ensuring the stability and security of the distribution network. The Electrical Engineer will be responsible for comprehensive planning, including generating annual, monthly, and weekly schedules, and coordinating complex workflows with internal departments and external partners, such as transmission system operators. A key function is disturbance management, requiring the analysis of hazard reports, creation of initial information and incident reports, and leading measures for supply restoration in high and medium voltage networks. Furthermore, you will be involved in strategic infrastructure projects, such as the construction of new substations and lines, and participate in pilot projects related to the network control system. You will also monitor network parameters and align the network calculation model. Success requires a degree in Electrical Engineering, several years of experience in network operation, and the ability to maintain clarity and decisiveness during critical, high-pressure situations, ensuring clear and unambiguous communication across all teams.

Education
Completed university or technical college degree in Electrical Engineering or a comparable qualification
Experience
- Several years of professional experience in network operation
- Ideally initial project experience
- Professional experience in making quick decisions and taking responsibility under pressure
