Job Summary

This role involves joining OPmobility, a leading technology company in sustainable mobility, as a Laboratory Technician focusing on Quality and Colorimetry at the Sterbfritz site. Day-to-day responsibilities include performing incoming inspections of raw materials and paints, organizing and executing detailed paint, material, and surface testing according to established plans, and conducting precise Colormatch and Colorimetry tasks. A critical part of the job is the evaluation and meticulous documentation of test results, alongside analyzing and resolving damage cases, problems, and customer complaints. The technician will also be responsible for initiating and monitoring quality improvement measures in collaboration with production staff, managing laboratory equipment, and maintaining comprehensive work and testing instructions. Candidates must bring professional experience in paint and surface analytics, knowledge of the automotive supply industry, and strong PC and organizational skills. The position offers a permanent contract with a structured onboarding process.
